Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING

We’re a small team doing a big job of offering you the best needless necessity accessories. Most orders will be shipped within 3 -5 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays) unless we have a problem with your order and need additional information. This time frame does not apply to custom orders which take up to14 business days for completion.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number or any other pertinent information to ensure the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs and will be your responsibility for us to re-ship.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lucy Grayce cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or any other service interruptions or delays that effect mail delivery.

For orders shipped within the USA we offer United States Postal Service and/or United Parcel Service.  Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please add 24.95.

Orders shipped internationally will be priced based on the destination.

Orders shipped within the state of Texas will be charged Texas Sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

If you do not love what you ordered, you can return it. Items postmarked back to Lucy Grayce within 10 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non- refundable. Credits will be made to the original form of payment used for your purchase and may require a few days before they reach your account.

Any order that has been customized or personalized in any way is non-refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Sadly, we currently can’t cover return shipping fees. Return items must arrive in the exact same condition as you received. We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us or arrive to us broken or damaged. It is customer’s responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our return department.  Items must be returned in their original condition, no signs of wear or damage. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

Most of our seamstresses are hardworking stay at home Moms trying to make a difference for their families.All items are make in USA.

Some designer fabric colors may look slightly different on your monitor than in person. Each item may have slight variances than the picture reflects – HAIR ON HIDE ESPECIALLY. Cowhides may contain scars, marks and or branding- natural to each animal hide. These are NOT defects and add to the charm and uniqueness of a natural handmade couture piece.
